Howard E. Trivers receives Affiliate Member Award from Indiana State Bar Association


INDIANAPOLIS (Aug. 30, 2017) – Howard E. Trivers’ continued contributions to the legal profession were recognized at the Indiana State Bar Association’s annual awards luncheon in Indianapolis on Wednesday, where he received the ISBA Affiliate Member Award.


Trivers joined Bingham Greenebaum Doll's Knowledge Resources team as library manager in 2013. He is located in the Indianapolis office and leads the firm’s research efforts. He has expertise in developing continuing education courses and is experienced in utilizing various web sources for investigative research purposes.


Trivers has 25+ years of research knowledge and experience. Previously, he served as a research librarian at Faegre Baker Daniels for 18 years. He is a member of the Special Libraries Association (past president, Indiana Chapter), Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Law Librarians’ Association (past president and secretary).


He received his M.S.L.S. in Library Sciences from Catholic University in 1991. He received his M.A. (1985) and B.A. (1979) from Indiana University.
