The ISBA Annual Meeting is your opportunity to step away from the daily grind of practice and reconnect—with your purpose, your peers, and your profession.
Surround yourself with fellow attorneys who understand the real-life challenges and triumphs of legal practice. This year’s Annual Meeting is designed to help you feel seen, supported, and energized in a profession that demands so much.
We’re leaning into what matters most:
-
High-quality CLE tailored to every stage of your career—whether you’re just starting out, building momentum, or planning your next chapter.
-
Intentional networking through small-group peer cohorts led by Homeroom Leaders—creating space for honest conversation, new friendships, and support systems that extend well beyond the conference.
-
You’ll also have the opportunity to shape the future of the legal profession in Indiana. Participate in the House of Delegates meeting on Thursday and help us celebrate the leadership transition at Friday’s
Assembly Meeting, as President Michael Jasaitis passes the gavel to President-Elect John Maley.
Join your colleagues from across the state for an experience that sharpens your skills, strengthens your connections, and inspires your next step. We can't wait to see you in October!
Note: All Annual Meeting events are in-person only.

Why should I attend? Simply put – to help advance your career and the legal profession. Meet and discuss hot topics in the legal world with attorneys from across the state. Develop your leadership skills and fine-tune your knowledge
with educational sessions specifically designed to help attorneys grow in their practice and the profession. Develop the connections you need to build a successful practice and personal network of support. Participate in the Member Assembly Meeting
where we will elect the 2025-26 board members and induct John Maley, Indianapolis, as the 2025-26 president.
What is a Homeroom? New this year! Homerooms are career-diverse discussion groups designed to encourage open dialogue, reflection, and peer-to-peer mentorship. Think of this as your home base for the Annual Meeting. Just like
in school, this is your group to check in with, reflect on what you're learning, and build connections that last beyond the event. With a roundtable format and a dedicated facilitator to guide discussion, homerooms are intentionally designed
to bring together attorneys at different points in their careers — early, mid, and late — in a setting that supports honest conversation. You’ll hear different perspectives, gain insight into how others navigate common challenges, and walk away with
ideas you can apply in your own practice and career.
I already have enough CLE. How else will I benefit? The Annual Meeting is about more than CLE, although we certainly encourage you to attend for the learning opportunities regardless if you get credit. This event is an opportunity
to connect with attorneys from across the state who can share their knowledge, experience, and friendship with you.
Who will I meet? Build state-wide connections with attorneys of all professions – judges, in-house council, large and small firm attorneys, solo practitioners, experienced veterans, new professionals, leadership development academy
graduates, past ISBA presidents, board members, and more.
How much does it cost?
