Your ISBA headquarters location was selected by a task force of members and designed just for you. The space is located in the Capital Center, which is also home to Indiana Supreme Court offices and is within walking distance of the Indiana Statehouse and the Birch Bayh Federal Building. It has several public spaces designed for casual meeting and working.

How it works: All space must be reserved ahead of time and is available without charge to members and legal community partners.

Open to members 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

ISBA is located within the Capital Center Building in downtown Indianapolis.
Suite 1225 is accessible by taking the south elevator bank to the 12th floor. Upon arrival, proceed to the security station outside the elevator bank for floor access. Once at the ISBA, ring the doorbell for access and a staff member will greet you.

Booking tips

  • Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. 
  • Be sure to include setup and cleanup time in your reservation. 
  • Toggle views of the ISBA headquarters through the links on the top left of your page: Day, Month, Grid, List, Map
  • When reserving for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your email address and create a password. You will use these login credentials every time you make a reservation.
  • Change or cancel your reservation by logging in via the reservation link.
  • Reservation-related emails come within ten minutes of your completed reservation from notifications_184807@mg.skedda.com

  • Seats 10 and 8, respectively
  • TV with presenting/sound capabilities
  • Plug-in for laptops
Offices 1 & 2
  • Desk space for 1; additional seating for 2
  • Laptop can be connected to an available monitor, keyboard, and mouse 
Meeting Center
  • Seats up to 40
  • Tables can be easily re-positioned. It is recommended to reserve 30 minutes for arranging tables in your desired setup. Include this 30 minutes in your reservation.

Amenities

If you book the space, there will be an ISBA staff member on site to help with any questions or problems you may have. Free wifi is available under "ISBA guest wifi." Additionally, there is a beverage station with water, soda, and coffee for members at no charge. A refrigerator is available for use during the time of your reservation, but please remove all items before you leave.

Food and beverage
  • Food and beverage (with the exception of alcohol) may be brought into the space.
  • No alcohol is permitted.
  • A shared kitchen is available with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and sink.
  • Please bring your own utensils and dishes.
  • There is no ice machine, but there is a freezer for those who wish to bring their own ice.
  • All food and beverage must be disposed of.
  • Please respect the food and beverage of others located in the shared kitchen.
  • Food may be ordered and delivered to the space. As a reminder, the address is Capital Center Building, 201 N. Illinois St., Suite 1225.
  • Cups Coffee is located on the main level of the building.
  • Café 251 is located on the main level of the building and offers breakfast and lunch.
Housekeeping expectations
  • All guests are expected to return the space in the same condition they found it.
  • All food and trash must be placed in trash cans.
  • Any items left in the space (including in kitchen and refrigerator) will be disposed of.
  • ISBA’s headquarters is also home to ISBA staff. Please respect items and amenities reserved for staff use. Items in cabinets and drawers are reserved for staff.
  • The restroom is outside the ISBA office space. Exit the space, turn right, and follow the hallway to the end.

Donations
ISBA members and legal community partners are invited to use their ISBA headquarters free of charge. However, donations are accepted to help maintain the space for our community. Donations are used to stock the beverage station, maintain technology, and keep the space clean. Make a donation »

A note on privacy
Please note that coworking hubs bring inherent risks of shared space. Others may be in the space, including opposing counsel. Please plan accordingly.
