About the event 

Join fellow managing partners from Indiana’s mid- to large-size firms for an exclusive, in-person breakfast program hosted by the Indiana State Bar Association. After two years of cohort-style series on topics you identified—recruitment and retention and, most recently, artificial intelligence—we’re shifting the focus this year to you: how the ISBA can serve as a strategic partner to your firm.

Hear from ISBA President John Maley, Executive Director, and senior staff as they share how the association can strengthen your firm’s talent pipeline, boost professional development, and elevate your firm’s visibility within the legal community. Learn how firms are leveraging ISBA resources—such as our on-demand CLE library, mentorship initiatives, leadership programs, and custom training opportunities—to enhance lawyer satisfaction, reduce turnover, and expand networks. We’ll also highlight the broader impact ISBA is making on the profession, from tackling the attorney shortage to advocating on your behalf at the Statehouse.
