Merchant cash advances (MCAs) offer businesses fast cash in exchange for a share of future sales, but the cost is often steep. For many small businesses, these arrangements can lead to financial distress and even default.

In this program, enjoy some breakfast while hearing how Indiana’s Bankruptcy Courts are evaluating MCAs: Are they legitimate sales transactions, or are they disguised loans subject to usury laws?
