If your certification is set to expire December 31, 2026, you will be contacted by a member of the Family Law Certification Board with a recertification application and instructions to submit. Application materials can be downloaded here:

Save postage and use the form below to submit your application and payment electronically! Or, mail your completed application and fee check to the address listed on the application.

• Please be sure that ALL application materials are included in one file, if possible.
• Upon submission, you will be taken to the payment portal. You may pay by credit card (preferred) or select "Bill Me" if you would like to mail a check to the address listed on the application. If you mail a check, please add "Family Law Recertification" and your name in the memo line.
