Justice Steven H. David, Catheryne E. Pully to speak about the Miranda decision at local high school
INDIANAPOLIS (May 2, 2016) – Justice Steven H. David and Catheryne E. Pully will speak at Indian Creek High School in Trafalgar on Tuesday, May 3, as part of the Indiana State Bar Association’s statewide Law Day program that matches lawyers with local schools. Law Day, held annually on May 1, is a national day set aside to celebrate the rule of law. In 2016, the nation marks the 50th anniversary of perhaps the best-known U.S. Supreme Court case, Miranda v. Arizona, which will serve as the theme to which attorneys will speak about in the classroom.
