Thomas M. Frohman receives presidential citation at Indiana State Bar Association annual meeting
INDIANAPOLIS (Oct. 26, 2015) – Thomas M. Frohman’s exceptional contributions to the profession of law and the citizens of Indiana were recognized at the Indiana State Bar Association’s annual meeting in French Lick earlier this month, where he received a presidential citation from Jeff R. Hawkins, outgoing president of the ISBA.
Frohman is a staff attorney for Indiana Legal Services in its Bloomington office, where he was served for the last 30 years. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the I.U. Maurer School of Law in 1983. After graduation, he clerked for Hon. William I. Garrard, Indiana Court of Appeals, for 14 months before taking his current position. Frohman focuses his work in the areas of family law, unemployment law and appellate practice, presenting on these topics at numerous CLE offerings around the state. He is a member of the Monroe County and Indiana State bar associations. He served as an adjunct professor at the I.U. Maurer School of Law from 2005-09.
