Ted A. Waggoner receives presidential citation at ISBA annual meeting

INDIANAPOLIS (Oct. 26, 2015) – Ted A. Waggoner’s exceptional contributions to the profession of law and the citizens of Indiana were recognized at the Indiana State Bar Association’s (ISBA) annual meeting in French Lick earlier this month, where he received a presidential citation from Jeff R. Hawkins, outgoing president of the ISBA.
Waggoner, Rochester, is managing partner at the firm Peterson Waggoner & Perkins. He received his B.S. from Indiana State University in 1975 and his J.D. from the I.U. Maurer School of Law in 1978.
Waggoner is an active member of the Fulton County (past president), Indiana State (counsel to the president, 2014-15) and American bar associations and the Indiana (Life Master Fellow) and American (Life Fellow) bar foundations. He is also active with the Chamber of Commerce (2004 Community Citizen of the Year), Rochester Optimist Club, I.U. Maurer School of Law Board of Visitors, International Christian Church – Disciples of Christ (former vice moderator). Waggoner is in his second term as a member of the Board of Directors for the Christian Church Foundation, and a member of the Board of Trustees of Christian Theological Seminary.
