Associate Empowerment Series for Women

About the event 

Registration is now open for ISBA’s 2026 Associate Empowerment Series, an exclusive cohort designed for mid- to senior-level women associates (approximately 4–10 years of practice) who are ready to take their careers to the next level. Whether your goals include partnership, leadership within your organization, or building a stronger professional identity, this five-part series will equip you with strategies, insights, and a supportive network to help you succeed.

Women attorneys in government or in-house roles at a similar stage of practice are also welcome. To protect the integrity of the cohort experience, this program is not intended for brand-new lawyers or current partners. Keeping the group focused ensures discussions are highly relevant, the learning is richer, and the support network more meaningful.

Topics will be customized to meet the specific needs of participants and may include: taking control of your practice and career path, overcoming imposter syndrome, generating business, and positioning yourself for advancement. Sessions will be led by respected experts from the legal community.

Our goal is simple: to create a safe, empowering space where you can learn from each other, share advice, and build a powerful network of professional support.
