Marriage Equality in 2025 – What to Expect and How to Support Your LGBTQ+ Clients

CLE/Ethics About the event Through this Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the evolving legal landscape surrounding marriage equality in the United States. The course will explore recent developments at both the federal and state levels, including key legislation, judicial decisions, and policy shifts that impact the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
Attorneys will learn practical strategies for advising and advocating for LGBTQ+ clients, with a focus on safeguarding their rights in areas such as marriage, adoption, parental recognition, estate planning, healthcare decision-making, and more. This CLE aims to equip legal professionals with the knowledge and tools necessary to provide inclusive, informed, and effective representation that upholds the dignity and equality of all clients.
