About the event 

After proposing a Non-Compete Clause rule more than a year ago, the FTC has now issued a final rule relating to the use of non-compete clauses in contracts. This continuing legal education will distill the salient parts of the final rule to provide an overview of the rule, the history and economic impact of non-compete clauses, the rule's applicability and retroactivity, and its practical impact.
