About the program

Rates cases in Indiana follow a pretty specific path from start to finish. But what all makes up that path to completion? This program will discuss the entire rate case process and why everything is done the way it is in order to bring a rate case to completion. Cost of service studies, and how rates are designed, will also be discussed. Although the information will be geared to those that have not had a lot experience with the rate case process, those with regulatory experience of all levels can learn more about the process in this three-hour presentation.
