Procrastinator's Special On-Demand CLE Bundle (6 Hours)

On-Demand

6.0 hrs. CLE/2.0 hrs. Ethics

About the bundle

Need to get some last minute CLE credit? Or are you trying to get a jump on your 2024 CLE requirements? Either way, you're in luck! This bundle incudes 6.0 hours CLE, including 2.0 hours of Ethics credit, available in one convenient package.

Courses in the bundle:

  • ChatGPT: What Is It, and What Are the Ethical Implications? (1.0 CLE/Ethics)
Have you been curious about ChatGPT and if it can help you in your legal practice?  If so, this is the seminar for you.  We will discuss what exactly ChatGPT is and how to access and use it.  We will discuss the positive aspects and negative aspects of ChatGPT.  We will also discuss the ethical implications for attorneys, particularly Rules 1.1, 1.4, 1.6, 5.1, 5.3 and 8.4.  By the end of the seminar, you will learn how to use (or not use) ChatGPT in your legal practice, and how to stay out of ethical trouble.

  • Together Stronger: The Ethics of Sharing Administrative Burdens and Succession Planning (1.0 CLE/Ethics)
This session will present a potential solution to the rural attorney shortage by law firms collaborating on non-legal "back office" work. The program also explores the relevant ethics rules relating utilizing a registered PEO (professional employer organization), outsourcing admin, and mergers/sales of law firms before or at retirement.

  • 2023 Legislative Rundown (2.5 CLE)
This program, originally presented by the Indianapolis Bar Association, offers a first-hand account of the Indiana General Assembly's 2023 Legislative Session from a panel of legislators. Topics covered include government and regulatory reform, probate matters, tax code changes, employment law, and more. The annual legislative wrap-up offers viewers a unique opportunity to learn directly from state lawmakers and understand the legislative impact on their practice.

  • An Afternoon with Kenneth Feinberg (1.5 CLE)
Listen to Kenneth Feinberg, national leading mediator in victim compensation claims, discuss the insurmountable challenge of designing and administering the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund. Aside from his work with the victims of 9/11, Mr. Feinberg has administered the victim compensation fund following the 2008 BP Deepwater Horizon Gulf oil spill, the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, the 2016 Pulse nightclub tragedy in Orlando, and consulted on victim compensation following the 2011 Indiana State Fair stage collapse.
