This presentation will touch on the following topics: the definition of fair trial and the law governing fair trial (for defendants and other stakeholders), international human rights law, international humanitarian law, international criminal law, and U.S. law (civilian and military). We will also cover the following aspects of Guantanamo Bay: fair trial issues, enhanced interrogation techniques, COVID-19 and fair trials, and Indiana links to Guantanamo Bay.
