About the event 

The Honorable Patrick Urda, one of the more recent appointees at the United States Tax Court, is a fellow Hoosier, graduate of Notre Dame and served as a Law Clerk to Judge Daniel A. Manion of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit before continuing his legal career in Washington DC.  Judge Urda will provide attendees with insight on his journey to the U.S. Tax Court, update attendees on current developments, discuss the cases frequenting the Court’s docket and provide practice pointers for practitioners, both new and experienced, in trying a case before the US Tax Court.
