About the event

This session analyzes the ethical standards required of non-lawyer assistants working for lawyers by examining hypothetical dilemmas that might have faced Saul Goodman’s assistant, Francesca Liddy, a character from the TV show Better Call Saul.  Areas covered will be delegation, confidentiality, competence and communication, avoiding unauthorized practice of law, conflicts of interest, and maintaining compliance with the law.
