Model Rule of Professional Conduct directs lawyers to the extent possible to maintain a normal attorney client relationship with a client with diminished capacity. This session offers insight into how dementia changes the cognition and behavior of our clients, and offers some guidance on how to accommodate the needs of our clients in a way that is dementia informed.
