This presentation is designed to help attorneys both create and maintain successful relationships with their clients and know what to do when things turn bad. Mr. Nicholson will talk about the good and bad of attorney-client relationships, emphasizing the importance of confidentiality and trust for both parties. Attendees can expect to hear about his experience as a former client and then as an attorney. Attendees will also learn practical tips on how to make the most out of their interactions with clients.
