Ethics About the eventA panel of Administrative Law Judges and General Counsel from NRC, OEA and OALP will lead a discussion of the Administrative Orders and Procedures Act (“AOPA”), Ind. Code § 4-21.5, et seq. The discussion will focus on AOPA procedures before each agency, from basics, to agency-specific applications, and more complicated cases. Ideas for future developments with AOPA will also be discussed.
