Sierra Downey serves as ISBA’s program manager, where she works closely with sections and committees on their education programs. 
 
Sierra is a native Hoosier and received her B.A. from Franklin College. An English major, Sierra enjoys reading classical fiction in her free time as well as attending concerts and traveling.
