Sections Councils: Intellectual Property
The Intellectual Property Section promotes the patent system of the United States, considers and takes action on patent, trademark and copyright law. It is also making efforts to provide education to the general public and general legal practitioners regarding intellectual property law concepts, and to increase their awareness of intellectual property law issues.
