About the course

This panel discussion will cover 5 ethical rules, including a broad overview of the rule under the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and Indiana’s equivalents. Each speaker will then give an example from his or her practice regarding how the ethical rule has popped up in practice and how they work to anticipate and solve the situation. The panel anticipates spending 10 minutes on each rule, reserving 10 minutes for questions.
