Charlotte Westerhaus-Renfrow, Indianapolis, At-Large District Rep., is a clinical assistant professor of management & business law at the I.U. Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis. Charlotte is one of the nation’s most effective and engaging professional legal consultants for several Fortune 500 organizations, governmental, non-profit, and social services agencies, working with employers to develop business strategies for maximizing employee performance and minimizing legal liability.

Her former numerous professional leadership roles include a position as Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion at the NCAA and assistant to the president and director of equal opportunity & diversity at the University of Iowa. Charlotte is serves as the At-Large District Rep. on the Indiana State Bar association and the Indiana Board of Law Examiners. She is also serves as Vice President of the I.U. Maurer School of Law’s Black Law Student Alumni Advisory Board.

Charlotte received her B.S. and M.Ed. from Ohio University and her J.D. from the I.U. Maurer School of Law, where she was the assistant editor of the Indiana Law Journal.
