Andi M. Metzel is an experienced litigator focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation, including shareholder and corporate governance disputes, fraud, RICO, land use, construction, shareholder derivative suits, business torts, supply chain, class actions, product liability, trade secrets and non-compete disputes. She represents both corporate and individual clients in federal and state courts and before local and state administrative bodies and agencies.
Andi has extensive experience negotiating resolutions in complex business, personal and transactional matters and is involved in many aspects of development and strategic consulting for businesses seeking to invest and grow in Indiana and across the United States. She strongly advocates a cooperative dialogue among government and industry leaders and is actively engaged in the ongoing effort to enable businesses to succeed in a competitive global marketplace.
Andi served as President of the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) from September 2017-October 2018, the single largest legal organization in the state. She has also been recognized as one of the 2018 IBJ's Women of Influence.
In August 2011, Andi was appointed to serve on - and serves today on - the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
Additionally, she serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Girls, Inc. of Greater Indianapolis.
