Tuesday Tip: Do you get stressed out by that little red number next to your inbox on your phone? Do you have your email open on your computer during the day and check it as soon as you get a new message? Constantly checking email can result in lost time during the day and can increase your stress level. Try scheduling time each day to tackle your inbox and resist the urge to look at it at other times. Also, let your clients know that you are not able to immediately respond to emails and that will help remove the expectation of an immediate response.
