What are the moral rights of publicity? This course will explore the constitutional difference between artists’ rights and the rights of the public, as well as provide an introduction on copyright, trademark, and contracts/licensing in the arts.

Yes! This program is available via webinar. When you register, note that you will attend online and we will send you the webinar information on the day of the program. 


What is the Brown Bag Series?

Brand new this year, the Indiana State Bar Association is offering a no-frills hour of CLE over the lunch hour (12:00-1:00 pm) every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Presentations will cover a variety of topics from legal experts around the state.
