This one-day workshop will cover a broad spectrum of ratemaking concepts and related strategic and practical implications of ratemaking approaches applicable to the water, sewer, gas and electric industries. Lunch provided.

Following the workshop, a Summer Social will be held for Utility Law Section members at Tastings from 4:30-6:00 pm. The Summer Social is a no-cost event but members will need to pre-register. If you are not a member of the Utility Law Section, you may pay $25 to attend.

A late fee of $25 will be applied to all Ratemaking Workshop registrations after May 24. Registration ends June 6. 


Refunds will be issued for cancellations received in writing on or before May 31, 2016 and are subject to a $25 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after May 31, 2016 nor will they be given for no-shows after the Workshop.
