  Speakers from Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Michigan will present on construction-related legal issues unique to their states. This will include how the different states treat claim notice provisions, pay-if-paid clauses, no-damage-for-delay clauses, mechanic's lien remedies, and other specific construction law matters of interest to the attendees.

  A panel presentation on best practices in construction arbitration. The panel will consist of an experienced construction arbitrator, a construction expert and an experienced construction litigator. This will include the factual development of the case, the presentation of evidence and witnesses, and the use of experts.
