Practicing law requires one to take on the burdens of other people. And with that responsibility comes stress, anxiety, and eligibility for burn-out. Learning coping mechanisms like mindfulness mediation has been proven to support resilience, increase focus and concentration, and reduce burn-out which are all qualities that not only contribute to wellness but also enhance productivity and competence. Join lawyer, coach and advisor Kristine Camron for a half hour of de-stress mediation tactics followed by an hour of meditation.
