David E. Bailey elected to Indiana State Bar Association board of governors

INDIANAPOLIS (Oct. 22, 2015) – David E. Bailey, Fort Wayne, was elected to the board of governors of the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) at its annual meeting in French Lick earlier this month. He will serve a two-year term, representing one of 13 districts in the state.
Bailey is a partner at the firm Eilbacher Fletcher, where he focuses in the area of civil litigation. Previously, he served as an associate at the firm Rothberg Logan & Warso. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Miami University in 1996 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the
I.U. Maurer School of Law in 1999.
He is a member of the Allen County and Indiana State (member, House of Delegates) bar associations and the Benjamin Harrison American Inn of Court. Bailey is also a member of the Allen County Planning Commission and the Urban Transportation Advisory Board of the Northern Indiana Regional Coordinating Council.
