are subject to shipping charges.
Orders for more than 20 brochures
will cost the requestor 25 cents per item for each over 20, plus postage.
The
following exceptions apply:
Members who are requesting brochures
for speaking engagements will be supported at no charge for up to 200 brochures
per year. All brochures above 200 will cost 25 cents per brochure, plus postage.
Jurors Handbooks (regardless of quantity) will cost 25 cents each,
plus postage.
Legal Reference for Older Hoosiers. The Probate,
Trust & Real Property Section continued this wonderful publication of the
Indiana Bar Foundation. As in the past, the Section will contribute $5,000 to
the Indiana Bar Foundation to support the publication of Legal Reference for
Older Hoosiers. In exchange, members of the Probate, Trust & Real Property
Section will be given discounts on the costs. The first five copies requested
by a law firm will be free. Each additional copy will be $1.00 instead of $2.50.
The Indiana Dissolution and Related Laws Handbook will be handled according
to policy established by the Family & Juvenile Law Section.
TheIndiana
Appellate Practice Manual will be handled according to policy established
by the Appellate Practice Section.
The Indiana Planning and Zoning Law Annotated
Will be handled according to policy established by the Land Use & Zoning Section.
