The CLIENTS' FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FUND COMMITTEE
shall manage and administer the Clients' Financial Assistance
Fund (heretofore established by the House of Delegates)
for the purpose of maintaining the integrity and protecting
the name of the legal profession in Indiana, all in
accordance with the Rules of Procedure established from
time to time by the Committee, with the approval of
a majority of the Board of Governors, for the operation
of the Clients' Financial Assistance Fund.
