MULTIDISCIPLINARY PRACTICE COMMITTEE
The MULTIDISCIPLINARY PRACTICE COMMITTEE will study
the issue of formation of multidisciplinary practice
groups and the effect such groups would have on the
practice of law as currently conducted. Emphasis will
be placed on: professional independence, conflict of
interest, attorney/client privilege and the effect changes
in current methods of providing legal services would
have on the legal profession and consumers.
