web page is designed to provide members of the Governmental Practice Section
a reference for section activities and to encourage other members of the ISBA
to join the section.
Membership
· Section Annual Dues, $10.00, July 1-June 30.

Any member in good standing of the ISBA is eligible for membership in the
Governmental Practice Section.
· If you wish to join
the Governmental Practice Section, send $10.00 to the ISBA along with your annual
dues or separately to ISBA Membership Dept, One Indiana Square, Suite 530, Indianapolis,
IN 46204.

Section Purpose
The Purpose of the Governmental Practice Section shall be to promote the objects
of the Association within the legal fields covered by the Divisions and to promote
and increase dialogue between legal practitioners within the fields covered by
such Divisions. In the furtherance of the purpose of the Section, each Division
shall consider all matters of legal interest relating to the various subjects
covered by such Division. Section

Officers
The Chair, Chair-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer hold their positions
for one-year terms commencing at the Annual Meeting held during the ISBA Annual
Meeting in the fall.
