the ISBA to join the section.
Membership
· Section Annual Dues, $25.00, July 1-June 30.
· Any member in good standing
of the ISBA is eligible for membership in the Environmental Law Section.
· If you wish to join the Environmental Law Section, send $25.00 to the ISBA along
with your annual dues or separately to ISBA Membership Dept, One Indiana Square,

Environmental
Law Newsletter
The newsletter of the Environmental Law Section is currently
being published two times a year. The co-editors, Cheryl A. Gonzalez and Tina M. Richards welcome members to contribute articles and information. Section
members receive the mailings of the newsletter as a member
benefit.
Section Purpose
The purpose of this Section shall
be to promote the objects of the Association within the field of Environmental
Law and to promote and increase dialogue between legal practitioners in that field.
In the furtherance of its purpose, the Section shall consider all matters of legal
interest relating to the various subjects within the field of Environmental Law
and shall hold a meeting at the Annual Meeting of the Association. Section

Officers and Council
The Chair, Chair-Elect, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer hold their positions
for one-year terms commencing at the Annual Meeting held during the ISBA Annual
Meeting in the fall.
The Council consists of the Officers
of the Section, the immediate Past Chair of the Section and the Chair of each
Committee of the Section. They serve one-year terms.
