the ISBA to join the section. Membership/Benefits
· Section Annual Dues, $10.00, July 1-June 30. · Any member in good standing
of the ISBA is eligible for membership in the Corporate Counsel Section.
· If you wish to join the Corporate Counsel Section, send $10.00 to the ISBA along

Section
Purpose The purposes of the Corporate Counsel Section is to 1)
establish a forum within the Association in the area of corporate practice, particularly
from the standpoint of attorneys in corporate legal departments; 2)
to coordinate the professional interests of such corporate counsel and general
practitioners specializing in corporate law, for the mutual benefit of both groups,
their clients, and the legal profession; 3) to foster and
provide the means for communication among corporate counsel, and between such
counsel and other members of the profession; 4) to provide
attorneys with the opportunity for discussing and sharing problems and experiences
in the field of corporate law; 5) to educate attorneys in
new developments in the law as encountered in representing corporations; and, 6)
to plan and carry out programs, meetings, institutes and seminars in furtherance
of each of the foregoing. Section

Council The Chair, Chair-Elect, and Secretary/Treasurer hold their
positions for a one-year term commencing at the Annual Meeting held during the
