This ISBA Section web page is designed to provide
members of the Agricultural Law Section a
reference for section activities and to encourage other members
of the ISBA to join the section.
Membership
· Section Annual Dues, $20.00, July 1-June 30.
· Any member in good standing of the ISBA is eligible for
membership in the Agricultural Law Section.
· If you wish to join the Agricultural Law Section, send $20.00
to the ISBA along with your annual dues or separately to ISBA
Membership Dept, 230 East Ohio Street, 4th Floor, Indianapolis,

for all members that are in the Agricultural Law Section.

Agricultural Newsletter
The newsletter of the Agricultural Law Section is currently
being published quarterly. The editor, Mark Thornburg,
mthornburg@infarmbureau.org
welcomes members to contribute articles and information. Section
members receive the mailings of the newsletter as a member
benefit.

Officers and Council
The Chair, Chair-Elect, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer
hold their positions for one-year terms commencing at the
Annual Meeting held during the ISBA Annual Meeting in the
fall.
The Council consists of one member of the Section
from each ISBA District. The Officers of the Section, the
immediate Past Chair of the Section and the Chair of each
of the Committees of the Section also shall be members of
the Council. Past Chairs of the Section become honorary members
of the Council.
