‘Hoops for Health’ July 21 in Indy sponsored by Marion County, Kimbrough bar associations
The Marion County and Kimbrough bar associations are proud to announce the first annual “Hoops for Health,” a charity basketball tournament, on July 21 at Wheeler-Dowe Boys & Girls Club, 2310 E. 30th St., Indianapolis, IN 46218, 317.926.4222. The admission fee is $5. All proceeds go to the Wheeler-Dowe Boys & Girls Club, an organization that has provided an invaluable service to the Indianapolis community. Everyone is encouraged to support this event.
After the game, Kimbrough and the Marion County Bar will have a mixer at Rick's Boatyard located at 4050 Dandy Trail in Indianapolis, IN 46254. The mixer will start at 6:00 p.m. Come enjoy a night of networking and meeting our fellow brothers and sisters of the Marion County Bar. Hope to see you all there.
The Marion County Bar Association is the oldest minority bar in the state. The Kimbrough Bar Association, formerly the Thurgood Marshall Law Society, is the minority bar for attorneys in northern Indiana.
