'Reflecting on 40 Years of Merit Selection' – 6 free & fascinating hours of CLE April 5

On April 5, the Indiana Law Review will host a symposium, “Reflecting on 40 Years of Merit Selection.” A wide array of distinguished speakers from Indiana and across the country will engage in a discussion of the past, present and future of merit selection of judges. Speakers include ABA President Wm. T. (Bill) Robinson III, former Iowa Supreme Court Chief Justice Marsha K. Ternus, James Bopp Jr., retired Indiana Supreme Court Justice Theodore R. Boehm and Indiana Court of Appeals Judge Edward W. Najam Jr.
