The Utility Law Section brings together attorneys interested in the rights and responsibilities related to public utilities, and provides a forum for those who want to discuss and formulate solutions to problems occurring in the utility law practice. It focuses on two primary areas: providing high-quality continuing legal education to utility law practitioners, and making use of the section’s diverse membership to facilitate communication with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on issues of general interest. The Utility Law Section also sponsors a Spring and Fall seminar as well as a holiday party in December.
