The Health Law Section promotes the interests of the Section’s members and of the Association in the area of health law, studies and makes appropriate recommendations concerning health law matters, and monitors the developments of this area of practice. Some of the areas on which the section concentrates are: professional liability;managed care; fraud and abuse; social security; long-term care; and ethical issues.
