The Corporate Counsel Section is a great forum for attorneys in corporate legal departments. It provides attorneys with opportunities for discussing and sharing problems and experiences in the field of corporate law through discussions at meetings, seminars or institutes. Most recently, it has been re-engineering the fundamental concepts of corporate employment of and payment to outside counsel for the delivery of legal services.
