Donald R. Lundberg, a partner at Barnes & Thornburg, reviews the Supreme Court's recent opinion in the Law Tigers case (Matter of Anonymous) and uses it as a springboard for discussing a variety of issues related to lawyer advertising, including a question left largely unaddressed by the Court - what is a lawyer referral service? Most lawyers advertise in one form or another. Where the lines are between permissible and impermissible advertising can be uncertain and scary. This presentation will help clarify some of the uncertainty.
