The Membership & Membership Benefits Committee shall plan and effectuate the Association's continuous membership promotional campaign.  It shall reveiew continuously the standards for membership and may make recommendations pertaining to admissions and expulsion of members.  It shall implement the membership campaign by devising ways and means of obtaining new members and maintaining current members in good standing, to the end that the Association shall have the maximum possible membership.  Members of the Committee shall be appointed annually.  They will evaluate proposed membership benefits proposals and will monitor the members' needs as to new programs.
