Effective July 1, the presumptive age of emancipation in Indiana changes from 21 to 19. How will this change impact your clients?

Please join us for a panel discussion featuring different perspectives on revisions to I.C. §§ 31-16-6-6 and 31-14-11-18 regarding the emancipation age, followed by an outdoor reception on the terrace of the Regions Bank Building in downtown Indy.
