The State Bar's Land Use & Zoning Section, in collaboration with the Indiana Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA), is pleased to provide the 2009 edition of Indiana Planning & Zoning Law Annotated. Last updated in 2003, this book (also known as the Blue Book) serves as a useful resource for local elected and appointed officials, planners, attorneys and others interested in the laws governing planning and development.
The book has been reorganized into two parts: part one includes six chapters prepared by local professionals associated with the ISBA and the APA, and part two includes Indiana's annotated codes related to planning and zoning.
